Steps to reproduce:
Try to print to PDF printer with paper size A4 (according my locale format)
and have to always choose right paper size, because FF21 always choose "US letter" for PDF printer, ignores local formats, and previously choosen printer options.
Actual results:
Firefox always choose "US letter" for PDF printer,
ignores local formats, and previously choosen printer options.
Expected results:
