Can you please update the the first option on the IT Request Form: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=mozilla.org&format=itrequest? Have it read "Service Desk issue/request" instead of Desktop issue/request. We would like to make this change due to the name change of our group back in the end of May. Thank you!
