Description:
Camera application launches with a black screen instead of normal viewfinder screen where the user is  able to see preview of the picture he is about to take.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130625070217
2) Tap on camera app icon
3) Observe the screen

Actual:
Camera application launches with a black screen (user still able to take pictures by pointing camera approximately towards object without seeing it on a screen.)

Expected:
The user is able to see the viewfinder picture on a screen.
