The  about/policies link  still points to the wiki

It looks like the last line added to global.conf for this bug is wrong:

Also, I'm questioning our choice (in which I think I may have participated) to put the participation guidelines under /about/policies/participation/ and the policy landing page in /about/governance/policies/

I'm wondering if either:
a) the participation page page should move into /about/governance/policies/participation/, or;
b) the policies landing page should move up to /about/policies/ (dropping the /governance/)

I'd lean toward a).
