User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130618035212
Steps to reproduce:
Open a page that requires scrolling.
Actual results:
Text and images look odd. Difficult to describe, best to see the screen shot. Looks a bit like a sub-pixel highlighting issue. Only affects Firefox, not anything else on my system.
Expected results:
Nice clean looking text and images.

I forgot to mention, it isn't always triggered by scrolling, but that is when I see it most. Also another colleague in my office sees the same thing.
