Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130618035212
Steps to reproduce:
I tried to copy text (non editable) with ctrl+c or right click > copy.
Actual results:
Nothing coped to clipboard.
Coping editable text (url bar or some editable forms) work sometimes..
Expected results:
The selected text should have been copied to clipboard

This happens in forms and the address bar too. To successfully copy text from either page, a form or the address bar you have to copy the text several (a random amount) of times using right-click->copy until the paste option gets enabled.
Currently it seems like it clears the clipboard instead of copying the text, as what was previously in the clipboard is removed.
Can you provide addresses where this happens and is this reproducible in Safe Mode (Help - Restart with Add-ons Disabled)?

I opened firefox in safe mode and reset everything, copy not fixed..
I found a workaround: (from http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/962451 )
"To try to block sites from interfering with the copy action, you can switch a setting under the covers.
(A) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(B) In the filter box, type or paste clipb and pause while the list is filtered
(C) Double-click dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to switch its value from true to false. "

I can confirm what theinspectoralex said, after visiting a site that has clipboard events, the clipboard stops working until you restart firefox.
Example:
1. Surf around normally, notice how you can copy freely.
2. Got to https://www.dropbox.com/home, I don't know if you need to be logged in or not, I was
3. Copy an URL in another tab. It will work the first time, but stop working thereafter.
When logged in to dropbox, there is a dialog that lets you copy the URL by clicking a button: http://i.imgur.com/BWlLGFb.png I believe this functionality messes with the clipboard.
