Spanish and Portuguese are not fully localized on Wikipedia Repro Steps: 1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130620160852 2) Open Wikipedia 3) Tap on Settings (bottom right) 4) Tap on Languages and select Espanol (Spanish) 5) Tap on Aceptar (Accept) 6) Click arrow top left hand side 7) Tap on Settings 8) View what is listed Actual: When user taps on Settings everything is listed in English even when language is set to Spanish Expected: Everything in Setting is fully localized to Spanish Environmental Variables Gecko: /rev/ Gaia: ef85283d8a041cecf9a37348cf6a0b580804f3d6 Platform Version: 18.1 Notes: Issue repros on Portuguese Repro frequency: 100%

I think this is a wontfix. The language selector is for the *content* - the UI language is determined by the device OS locale setting. Changing the device setting to Spanish results in wikipedia's UI being in Spanish. This seems to be consistent with how other apps handle UI language. If anyone has any strong feelings on this please re-open.
