If you enable quick launch, and reboot, things load quickly.
If you then go to 'view/apply theme' and switch themes, the theme doesn't switch
until you restart the browser. When you restart the browser, the quick launch no
longer works. The box is still checked, but it appears that the quick launch
'cache entry' is invalidated or something. Incidentally, a reboot shouldn't be
necessary for quick-launch to work, just a little NT native-mode kernel hacking
to insert the appropriate section objects into \KnownDlls.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. See description.
2.
3.
reporter: quick launch is really just an instance of mozilla that's run early
which doesn't pop up a window.
enabling quicklaunch from the installer shouldn't require a reboot since all it
takes is 'mozilla -turbo' - there's a bug about this.
switching themes shouldn't require quiting moz - there are plenty of bugs about
this.
while it does require quiting moz, on exit we should spawn mozilla -turbo so
that it can preload. =>xpapps. This might not be worth fixing because a fix for
this might take as long as fixing the reason we need to do this...
