Details

AppRunner built (with the 6/21 source from the CD distributed at MacHack) quits
on startup if there is a bullet in the name of volume it lives on.

Ironically, it bails on line 262 of nsAppRunner.cp... A line that says "goto
done; // don't use goto in C++!"... this is just after attempting to start
the "kProfileCID" service.

Wild...cpratt...can you reproduce this?
Using the 1999062808 build under Mac OS 8.6 on a 9600 with a hard drive named
"Macintosh*HD" (where the * is a bullet), Apprunner launches just fine for me.
Therefore, I'd be willing to mark this as WORKSFORME. don?
