As :nrc will start from the animation model of CSS(bug 880596), we will start from the timing model of SVG/SMIL. Please feel free to comment your ideas, any advice is very welcome!

I would like to get to 880596, but it seems unlikely any time soon due to other priorities, so if someone wants to jump on that, please do!
