I see numbers for hosted apps, just not packaged

I think the cron that runs to update the apps has flaked out a bit -- perhaps because of celery? Running locally updates as it should.

We should try running the following to see if it fills in the holes:
manage.py index_mkt_stats --fixup

We ran the fixup script and there are downloads now.
