STR:
 - Open the camera
 - switch to video mode.
 - Record a 5 seconds movie.
 - Go to the home screen

Expected:
 - Only the home screen

Seen:
 - The status bar contains a red dot, as-if a video was still being recorded in the background.  The red dot disappear after a while.


I can reproduce this on an Unagi running central / b2g18.

I can also reproduce it in inari. I'm wondering what's the expected behavior of the red dot. when should it appear and disappear?

I have no idea what it is supposed to mean, my guess would be that there is a video recording going on.

This is a duplicate of bug 828600. Let's move to bug 828600

If you see bug 828600 comment 22, you will find it is for inactive of camera instead of recording. But if it shows always, it is a bug.
