There will be a UA override list sync on 7/15, and this will most likely be included.

Alex - I would prefer to take these fixes as they come and use the 7/15 sync as a checklist item to ensure that we haven't missed anything. Does that work for you?

I was not able to uplift this bug to v1-train.  If this bug has dependencies which are not marked in this bug, please comment on this bug.  If this bug depends on patches that aren't approved for v1-train, we need to re-evaluate the approval.  Otherwise, if this is just a merge conflict, you might be able to resolve it with:

  git checkout v1-train
  git cherry-pick -x -m1 5df1ed9f51e539d319d5b5fd9dfdb106537f5b3c
  <RESOLVE MERGE CONFLICTS>
  git commit
