On today's m-c nightly build I cannot connect to any cell data. This is a regression as yesterday's nightly build was fine. STR: 1. Start device 2. Connect to cell data via settings or the notification panel, both work 3. Icon will enable but data logo in status bar will never appear 4. Data dun't work. Although I am in the UK, our device array in MV has been exhibiting the same symptoms in the automated tests since the nightly build was released. Making calls is fine. NB I could not find anything juicy in the logcat.
