Since webapps and synthetic apks are actually different Applications to Android, we're going to need a bidrectional way to listen to the synthetic apk's lifecycle and synchronize it with the webapps, and vice versa. i.e. It seems clear, if a person quite the webapp, the synthetic apk should kill itself. I'm not quite sure about the oppostie, if the apk is killed by android, and the webapp isn't the foreground app, should the webapp also kill itself? Uninstall also needs to work this way, but we'll make that a separate bug.
