Per bug 861471 comment #14, the following should be added to Known Issues:

"The preferences for SSL/TLS versions have changed. Note that if you have disabled SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0 protocols previously, the old preferences will not be migrated. Any restrictions have to be re-established in the SSL panel of the Privacy & Security settings (bug 861471)."

Also, given that it's unlikely to be fixed until the release next week:

"Support for TLS 1.1 can be enabled in the SSL panel of the Privacy & Security settings but should be considered experimental at this time. If enabled, the connection won't fall back to TLS 1.0 or SSL 3.0 if the server doesn't support TLS 1.1 (bug 839310)."

Make that "of the Privacy & Security settings (bug 733642, bug 861471)." to also refer to the governing Core bug which didn't introduce a migration mechanism in the first place.

Can the reference to bug 579260 (Gmail scrolling slow in browser) be removed?
It has been there since 2.4 and was WFMed by Firefox three release cycles ago.
