7/2 03 win98 Create or visit any bug Go to the description field and enter several lines of text Use the left and right arrow keys to navigate the text Find that these arrows are now limited to the single line where the cursor started These arrows used to wrap around to the beginning/end of adjacent lines

Same problem occurs in mail compose
I also just had a problem where using up arrow from the middle of one line to the end of the preceding line left me unable to use the left arrow. I had to go up, left, down instead of just going left.
