If you rightclick on the a bookmark and select properties and go to the Schedule tab mozilla talks about AM and PM This should only be the case if the windows system is localized to US. My locale is Danish and we use 24 hours format. Perhaps code from: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38014 can be used? build 20010702

Once the Calendar lands on the trunk, the scheduler could reuse the date and time picker widgets they have created. Those are/will be localized, and would add UI consistency.
Mass reassign of my non-Firefox bugs to ben_seamonkey@hotmail.com
