crash in nsStringBundleService::flushNotificationList() when launching with multiple profiles

If I launch with multiple profiles, and pick a profile, I crash immediately in
nsStringBundleService::flushNotificationList(), which I believe you just
changed, Alec. If I do a -p bienvenu I don't crash. If this isn't your problem,
sorry, and please reassign.

really a blocker for people with multiple profiles.

Is this on Win2000- commercial- trunk or branch?
I am ok on Mozilla with multiple profiles- trying to narrow down.
