Include in Call Settings menu the ones related to Call Barring:

Barring of All Outgoing Calls supplementary service (BAOC)
Barring of Outgoing International Call supplementary service (BOIC)
Barring of Outgoing International Call except those made to the Home Country supplementary service (BOIC- exHC)
Barring of All Incoming Calls supplementary service (BAIC)
Barring of All Incoming Calls in Roaming supplementary service (BAIC-R)

Are we interested in develop the UI for this in FxOS? I have not seen yet others mobile OSs with this kind of UI. Other OSs handle this supplementary service through MMI codes. WONTFIX?

Some OS call this "Call Blocking" but I don't think we need a UI for this activity. MMI codes are fine for call barring.
