Description:
A date and time when receiving a notification are truncated (SMS, Miss Calls,Screenshot, calendar, Bluetooth etc) 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) Change a language to Russian in "Settings"
3) Push on Home+Power button at the same time to take a screenshot, r
4) Slide down the notification bar

Actual:
The time when the screenshot was taken is truncated

Expected:
The text is not truncated
