Description:
The Header text is truncated in the "SIM PIN" menu (Введите PIN к...)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Russian"
3) Go to the "Settings"
4) Navigate to "SIM security" (Защита SIM)
5) Enable SIM PIN

Actual:
The header is truncated

Expected:
All stings are visible and aren't truncated

Happens with many other shipping locales.
Requesting some UX for this. 

Note: A LOT of strings appear truncated throughout locales, in many areas, as can be noticed by the number of these kind of bugs
