Description:
In Russian, the Call Forwarding setup menu displays the Header text, "Переадресация в..." 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to Russian
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to "Call Settings" (Параметры вызова)
5) Navigate to "Always Forward" (Всегда на номер) menu

Actual:
The Header text is truncated

Expected:
The Header text fits into the menu and not truncated
