Description:
In Russian, the Call Forwarding setup menu displays the submenu text is truncated "Номер, при отсутствии отв..." 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to Russian
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to "Call Settings" (Параметры вызова)
5) Navigate to the when number is unanswered (При отсутвии ответа) menu

Actual:
The sub-menu text is truncated

Expected:
The text fits into the sub-menu and not truncated
