Summary: [B2G][l10n][Call Settings] Russian: Header text is truncated in the "App permissions" → [B2G][l10n][Settings-App Permission] Russian: Header text is truncated in the "App permissions"
Adding Russian localizers here to see if they can come up with something shorter, so that it can fit in the UI. This doesn't happen for some locales who have a lot of words there, but it does happen in Dutch for instance.
