Tested on Windows 8.1 preview for Firefox nightly from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2013/07/2013-07-07-03-11-38-mozilla-central/
Steps to reproduce and Expected Result:
1. Download and Install latest Firefox.
2. Set Firefox as default browser.
3. Click on Firefox APP. Metro Firefox will open.
4. Open the Charms bar and selects the Settings charm
5. Click About.
6. About item in the Firefox Settings should flyout. You should see “Check for update”. Once you click it and update is finished, you should see restart to update.
7. Click on "Restart to update".Metro Firefox should restart and you should see popup window.
8. Click yes in pop up window.Latest Metro Firefox should open.
Actual result:
When I do step-7 given above, Metro Firefox didn't restart.
