Doc generator tests takes a really looooooong time on a slow virtual machine and frankly most of the code check-ins don't even really require this tests to run since they don't change anything there. I'd suggest making those test opt-in to avoid wasting dev time and tbpl time.

I also think that it may make sense to just move doc generator into it's own project since it really just for doc generation and not really useful for add-on devs.
