As I showed at www.mecronome.de/test.htm
If you have an image with border=0 and make this a link, and after that, there
is a break (<br>), you can see a little black line in the lower right corner of
the image. If there is no break, there is no line.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the www.mecronome.de/test.htm and you can see.
2. Use the Code below and test it:
<html><body>
<a href="test.htm">
<img src="http://www.mecronome.de/png/logom.png" border=0>
</a>
<br>
</body></html>

Actual Results: There was a little black line in the lower right corner of the
image.

Expected Results: no black line there.
NS4 exhibits the same behavior. IE does not.
