In buchets, for hosted apps we list all APIs instead of just those APIs which are actually supported for hosted apps. Let's minimize the risk of developers accidentally selecting APIs which are not supported for the app type.

We shouldn't hide them, we should just show warnings. It's possible to have an app that installs other apps.
