Tested in unagi device with Gecko-bd579ea.Gaia-680c72c from v1-train. STR: 1-Flash the device 2-Insert a VIVO postpaid SIM card 3-Power on the device 4-Configure cost control app 5-Send a SMS with cost control app in background 6-Pull down notification tray and tap in cost control widgets Expected result --> Cost control app is opened Actual result --> Nothing happens

Yep, it's the same issue. It's fixed also with the proposed patch at that bug.
