Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi v1.1 Build ID: 20130711070209 or v1.2 Build ID: 20130711030202
2) Import or create a contacts list
3) Select a contact
4) Select SMS messaging

Actual:
Button responds to touch, but SMS is not initiated

Expected:
SMS is launched with contact as recipient

This issue also occurred on smoketest Leo v1.1.0 Commercial

Note: The issue will go away after restarting the device. After user exits and reenters contacts the issue will reoccur.

Root cause is that web activities is broken. This is a dupe of bug 892708 - same root cause.
