Please rack/kickstart:

It should be in the community VLAN (20), and it should have the usual suspects as administrators (myself included). I will be setting up this machine for use as per bug 821004.
I understand that once it's in the community VLAN it won't be available to puppet or Nagios monitoring. This is OK for the time being.

Sheeri,
We don't have a community rack vlan in PHX1. Therefore our options are :
1) Find similar hardware (I don't think we have free 1Us) in SCL3
2) Ship this from PHX1 to SCL3
Let me know what you want to do?

There are a few choices:
https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/show/251/
has HP Smart Array 6400 controller, not sure how much RAM it has.
https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/show/109/
has 2x300 GB drives, not sure how much RAM it has.
Do you know the RAM specs on either of these machines? Any reason you think either of these shouldn't be used?

Had some issues with this blade, van will troubleshoot and get back :
POST Error: 1747-Slot X Drive Array - Unsupported Array Configuration Detected - More logical drive(s) configured than this controller model can support. All logical drive(s) have been disabled. (is what the IML says) and kickstart isn't seeing any disks on the machine.

metrics1.community.scl3.mozilla.com is online with a temp IP in vlan75 in scl3. Sheeri, would be awesome if you could finish up your puppet work and then let me know what you need open to the world and I'll move the machine over and get it setup with a static IP in the community vlan. We also need a flow bug, so netops can start work on that.
Thanks!

Based on our meeting today, there are some changes. We're going to call this metrics1.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com
I'll make sure the relevant changes are made and update the bug.

Server is now online as metrics1.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com and has been puppetized, has been updated on RHN as well as inventory and DNS.
