Repro Steps:
1. Load Leo build: 20130711070209
2. Open the browser app
3. Tap on the URL bar and enter "fisheye.last.fm"(without the quotes)
Actual Results:
The "Untrusted" page is not localized.
Expected Results:
The browser will be localized in all supported languages.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
