Device "Setari de apel" (Call forwarding) subcategories are truncated/ellipses while device is in Romana local

PREREQ: Device is in Romana  

Repro Steps:
1) Update device to build 20130711070209
2) Open the "Setari" from the homescreen
3) Scroll down and select "Setari de apel"
4) View what is listed

Actual:
"Serviciul de transmisi..." subtext is truncated/ellipses

Expected:
The text is not truncated and not overlapped

If you select and open any of the titles you will see that the titles are still Ellipses/truncated.

Cell broadcast service= Serviciul de transmisie celulară
Other variant: „Serviciu radiodifuzare”? Ptiu! :)

Also, Forward when busy=Redirecționare când este ocupat
No idea in this situation.
