Description:
The header text on the Data Settings and Message Settings pages in the Cellular & Data setting is truncated if the device is set to display the Greek language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130711070209
2) Change the device language to Greek and reboot if necessary.
3) Select Settings then Cellular & Data.
4) Select either Data settings or Message settings.
5) Observe the header text in the page that appears.

Actual:
The text is in Greek but is truncated.

Expected:
The entire text is shown in Greek.
