I don't think we intended to persist the checkbox selection. Is this part of any story?
It's not 8.1 specific.
Summary: Defect- [8.1] settings didn't persist for "Other data" option in "Clear Private Data" → Defect - Settings didn't persist for "Other data" option in "Clear Private Data"
Persisting the checkbox states would match desktop Firefox behavior; it's useful for users who repeatedly clear just their cache, or just their cookies, or whatever.

probably have to save these into the session store. The bigger issue will be that they don't map directly to desktop settings, so we'll need to make a decision there about how to handle that.
