When there is a picture partly off screen at the bottom and you scroll up using the up arrow keys, stripes are left across the picture until a whole screen "refresh" or "wiper" with another window is performed. Looks like an off by one or two in the code that redraws the picture. Mozilla 0.9.1 from Debian (unofficial)
Just noticed that it does not do it with every picture. It does it with the stomach with the beans in it at: http://arbl.cvmbs.colostate.edu/hbooks/pathphys/digestion/stomach/anatomy.html but not with the bottom photo. It happens when I use the scrollbar also.

Verified as a duplicate of bug 83289 - Some images get background-color lines/stripes when scrolled. Also fixed up s/Srolling/Scrolling/ for future searches.
