The findbar position change has been backed out in bug 914180 as noted in bug 869543 comment 28. We will probably have to backout this change as well. So far it has been backed out of mozilla-central, and we should keep an eye out when/if it will be backed out of Aurora and Beta.

So far I haven't seen test failures for this bug on nightly builds over the weekend. So I don't think that we will have to backout one of our changes. Even not on aurora, where the backout took place over the weekend. So I think we can leave this bug closed.
I've seen no failures for the last days as well, lets reopen this only if our tests start failing.
