89305 - Location bar becomes HUGE after click on the down-arrow

Clicking on the down-arrow at the right side of the url bar to access the
recently used urls makes the whole URL bar HUGE, almost 200px height, the url is
no longer shown, and it seems to expand quite to the right side.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new window
2. Press the down arrow at the right of the URL bar


Actual Results:  I'll add an attachment showing the window

Expected Results:  The recent url list (or 'autocomplete from cero') should be shown

Reported back with 0.92 because last nightly didn' want to submit the form on
bugzilla helper (maybe another bug)
