Description: When the user has SIM PIN enabled and wants to change the pin, the sim pin change requirements are overlapped by the scroll bar.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Go to Settings
3) Select SIM Security
4) Select Change SIM PIN
Actual:
Scroll bar overlaps the sim pin change requirements.
Expected:
Scroll bar should not overlap text.
