The flashing caret (and some default values) are in the wrong place for the URL
above. This is in the browser.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL above
2. Click on textbox opposite "starting station" to make caret appear.
3. If bug does not appear, type in some data, run a query and then go back.

Actual Results:  The flashing caret (and some default values) are in the wrong
place. Way too high. Reload does not cure.
Correction: "nearly always reproducible", on moz startup at least. Nuking
.mozilla and reinstalling does not fix.
Reproducible in latest 2001070408 build.
This happens on win98 too on about every other reload of the page. Looks like
bug 55086.
