Description:
The header text for the Create a Passcode page in the Phone Lock setting will be truncated if the device is set to show the Greek language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Change the device language to Greek and reboot if necessary.
3) Select Settings then Phone Lock.
4) Tap the Passcode Lock switch to launch the Create a Passcode page.
5) Observe the appearance of the page's header.

Actual:
The header text is truncated.

Expected:
The full text of the header is displayed.

Fix verified on Leo 1.1 mozilla RIL.  The Create a Passcode page's header is no longer truncated.
