Findbar background color isn't filled in until the transition in/out animations are complete

Details

When I hit Ctrl-F on a recent nightly with the find bar at the top, the bar is white until the slide-in animation is completed, at which point it becomes the normal blue.

Similarly, when I close the find bar, it turns white, then slides out.

I think it should have the normal toolbar color throughout the animations, not have the white background at any point.
