Description:
When the user is in Settings of Contacts App, the user sees the strings are truncated for Facebook sync. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Set Language to Slovak
3) Go to Contacts (Kontakty) App
4) Tap on the Settings (Nastavenia)(Gear icon)
5) See Facebook sync selection

Actual:
Strings for syncing with Facebook are truncated

Expected:
Strings for syncing with Facebook are not truncated

Nope, it's not. Basically it says 'Sync'. It's not clear what the sync is about and related to.

Two thoughts:

1) Change the header of that section to "Facebook friends" and then make the string just "Sync"

2) Change the string to "Add friends"

Verified it's fixed on Leo V1.1 COM RIL,
The Facebook sync. message is no longer truncated
