Repro Steps:
1. Load Leo build: 20130712070210
2. Open the browser app
3. Tap on the URL bar and enter "fisheye.last.fm"(without the quotes)

Actual Results:
The "Untrusted" page is not localized.

Expected Results:
The browser will be localized in all supported languages.

This bug depends on bug 893802, we don't include gecko localizations for this locale yet.

Not sure if these strings is from Gaia/Gonk. These strings is translated in Firefox.

There's no "Untrusted" string to translate for any Fx OS.
And screenshot attached is not even in Romanian language, in the top of the image there it is a text into Slovak language, not Romanian. So Darren's phone was set to Slovak language, not Romanian.
