We can probably remove support for prefixed -moz-rgba() and -moz-hsla().

Minusing the relnote flag here as we have a long laundry list of developer notes in Firefox 27 already and since this has already been added on MDN which will be linked to release notes.

Unless we think that this will be a mjor site-compat issue, feel free to renom.
