Bug 859573 added system resource monitoring to mozharness. We should save the detailed results to a standalone file to facilitate machine readability. Once bug 749421 is in place, we should be able to upload these files for later analysis.

Bug 749421 is in Cedar. Work on this should be unblocked from RelEng's perspective.
