Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Settings charm.
2. Press Options.
3. The the Options settings flyout will open using an animation.
4. Click the back icon to return to the Settings charm
Actual results:
The settings flyout instantly disappeared without any animation.
Expected results:
A closing animation should have been used.
NOTE: If you close the settings flyout by clicking on content area, it closes using an animation.

I may be missing a subtlety, but following these steps, it seems to me that there is an animation after tapping the back button (if you're defining the back button as the 'arrow' next to the 'options' name)? Or are you looking for another type of animation? But it seems to slide back in a similar manner as sliding open when you first engage it.
