Actual Results: Incorrectly rendered form
Expected Results: Guess.
Confirming on Linux 2001070421. Strange, when I save the the file locally and
reopen it, everything is fine.

First: It's an evangelism
But I don't think Mozilla should behave like this.
Explanation:
The bug occurs when an image followed by an invalid tag and a certain kind of
entity (<hr> in this case) is combined with a textarea =)

The problem here is that the image causes a reflow and the text does not move...
