The new findbar style scrolls into view when activated, but fades away when deactivated. It should always scroll or always fade.

http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/linux/global/findBar.css#12 needs to be updated to use margin-top instead of margin-bottom.

Er, actually I think this line is what needs to be updated to use margin-bottom instead of margin-top, http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/linux/global/findBar.css#20. But either way, those lines should be consistent.
